New Quilt - from baby shirts!

This is the cutest quilt! A friend asked if I could make a t-shirt quilt out of her daughter's baby shirts. She is wanting this for her daughter's first "real" bed. I used four shirts in each square. The squares are approx 11 inches, which are slightly smaller than what I normally use. We used 80 baby shirts. Another row would of been perfect; that would of required another 16 shirts! A matching pillow case and sham will pull it all together.

New Quilt - 12 panels

Hi.. it's been awhile since I've posted. I've completed 3 quilts, 2 of which are still at the quilter. This photo is of a 12 panel quilt. A nice size for a throw. This particular quilt was made as a donation for the Lee's Summit High School Theatre Parents silent auction. My friend, Cheryl Gross, donated the machine quilting and binding. Thank you Cheryl! (As you see

from the photo, my dogs love the quilt also!

Fleece Blanket

Looking for something personal but less expensive then a quilt. Think about a fleece blanket. The blankets are double layered, double stitched (instead of tied like many you see), and can be personalized with the recipients name, etc. You select the fabric.

Hi... Here's another example of one my quilts. This one consists of 20 t-shirts and was made for a graduating sr. We also personalized with his name and graduation year. The back fabric is tiger print which coordinates nicely with the front.
